My Bonds
All activity after a bond has been issued or saved. View a list of your agency’s bonds and search for a bond. Quick Actions are also available to make a payment, add a rider or open a bond for viewing.
My Bonds: Simple Search
To view bonds written via My Bond App, simply click "MBA" to the left of the dropdown menu. A gold "MBA" emblem will appear next to bonds written from the app.
Using the dropdown menu to the left allows you to filter results by status (Issued, Submitted, Saved, Abandoned, Client Billed).
To narrow down your search, use bond information such as the bond number, principal name, or bond type in the search bar.
My Bonds: Advanced Search
My Bonds allows you to search for a bond via other criteria such as bond amount, creation/effective date, billing type, or Obligee, click "Advanced" to open advanced searching.
New Issues and Renewals toggles allow you to narrow down your results.
My Bonds: Action Buttons
Docs
Directs you to the documents tab within your selected bond. Here, you can find your uploaded documents as well as a copy of the bond.
Pay Now
Directs you to our self-guided payment process for your selected bond.

Open
Allows you to view bond documents and notes.
Rider
Some bonds require RLI to process the rider. In other situations, the Obligee may require a new bond instead of a rider. Please contact your underwriting office if you are unable to process the rider in RLink, or if an error appears. If only one type of rider is available, you will be navigated to the Bond Info page for completion.
Upload
Allows you to upload bond related documents.

This houses lifecycle actions.
Cancel opens a service request submission form to complete.
Copy directs you to select your bond type. Once you have made your selection, the information from the selected bond with be copied to your new submission.
Non-Renew/Renew/Reinstate allows you to submit a request for your selected action.
Resubmit allows you to submit a previously declined or abandoned bond with changes.
